I Custom made a Dual exhaust for the GTI this week. It looks great and doesn't sound bad at all. It's 2.5" piping for now but later I'll do a 3" once we upgrade turbos.

I have a new mod to the GTI: a alpine bass knob. And as it may seem that this little tool is not so much a mod, it really helped with control of my bass. I strategically placed it on the factory button location so it is out of the way and functions nicely.

I don't. You just need to disassemble the Alpine knob and drill the location, then screw the knob in place. Worked great.
