Seriously? When has a Honda ever been deficient in "daily usability".

I've owned 6 Honda's in succession and "daily usability" was never an issue. (Well, other than my S-2000). I will concede a hatchback is always more useful than a sedan, but that's it.

Yeah, I suspect that, other than the visual offense to God and man, the car will be quite tractable as a daily driver, reliable, and fun. I mean, yeah, Honda is pretty much synonymous with usability, in a somewhat less boring way than Toyota even.

Considering the fact that Honda put in a cage and removed the rear seats in the R, not much. Personally, I don't think that counts as a factory car, since it's not the way that a Type R leaves the factory. They could probably make the "safety" argument for the cage though. VW will probably just wait for good weather, then go again.
