So I know the code can be changed to show the fan speed indicator lights when in Auto mode, but is there a way to also have it show the lights under the area the air is being directed to? (ex. windshield, dash, feet)

Last two cars I had with auto climate before this had that as default and it was just nice to know lol

Oh I see what you mean. Agree, that would be nice if those button lights would illuminate as the auto climate system turned them on.

I have not followed all of this, but did you enable the fog option on the switch?

Just a thought..

Turns out that I don't have the wire that runs from the plug to the BCM. I could get a wire and run it from the switch to the BCM. Project for another time.

So if you have a car that did not come with front fogs...double check that you have the wire pre installed. I believe its pin 5 on the plug.

So I swapped a 2017 Golf R steering wheel into my 17 Alltrack. Both have ACC and I’m getting an error and I’m guessing it’s with coding of the new wheel. I know the buttons are a bit different.

The codes I’m getting are:

wow, I just got my OBD11 about a week ago and have been slowly reading through this thread every day and just finished. Excited to get into some more features, so far I have kept it simple
-Enable fan level disply when on auto
-UrbanJoke V2 Taillights
-Comfort Turn Signals from 3 to 4
-Windows roll up and down from the remote (need to go back in and see why my sunroof is only tilting with this though)
-Able to use remote with engine running
-ESC turned OFF ESC SPORT/ESC OFF
-DRL settings on head unit menu
-ACC Distance Settings on head unit menu

Still to come: still want to give the mirror dip on reverse a shot (and see if I have the memory module first), hot country A/C, ability to change car settings on mib2 while driving/moving, flashers on while emergency braking, blind spot monitor brightness increase, DRL's flash with lock/unlock

this device is awesome for the price, it has made me fall in love with the car all over again...I would recommend it to anyone thinking about it...soon JB4 time so I can enjoy that new car feeling again!

Honestly what held me off in the past was being an iphone user...I got so fed up with apple maps/siri that I switched about a month ago and went ahead and ordered the obd11...even if you have an iphone, don't let that stop you, it is totally worth it to buy a cheap android or just borrow one from a friend to use this

Are you guys buying OBDEleven on eBay? Is it OK to buy from "voltas-it" on eBay? Will that OBDEleven need me to buy anything else? (I vaguely remember these having options you could buy)
