Honestly the fact you even posted that video is funny. Clearly the charger driver messed up, but i guess a win is a win. Glad you compared your video of your is20 vs an is38 in retro spec.

I've been able to hang with a pair that were playing around with me on the highway on my K04 MK6 setup... I think it just depends on the drivers and how the cars are running.
The first time I ran against the 392 pair I surprised them both and walked them pretty good.. both stock. The second time they were well aware I wasn't a overly eager grocery getter and I just stayed with them. Oddly enough they weren't too friendly
