Euro vs NA MK7.5 Face Lift Tail Lights

Surprised to see there hasn't been any chatter on here about Euro vs NA MK7.5 facelift tail lights. Would love to get the Euro lights some day but the NA aren't too shabby either. Might be a nice option if they cost significantly less (guessing no harness and coding would be necessary also?). Top photo=Euro Bottom photo=NA

Don't think they will fit the same outline. They look a bit different size and design wise to me. BEAUTIFUL none the less!
