Anybody in the Madison area have a Vagcom or anybody know any shops who can do it, just want to turn off the Soundaktor.

My dealer turned it down to 50% for me.
Service Manager had to get procedure.
Ask and see.

Thanks, just emailed them to see if that was something they can do.

They did mine as part of the free(at the time) 10,000 mile service.
So, they might charge.

Ended up just unplugging it, even easier than I expected it would be. Sounds so much nicer now being able to hear the actual engine, quiet though it is.
