Wheel spacers - safe?

So I have a set of Konig Hypergrams 18x8.5 et45 that I was going to mount on my previous car. Since selling the car, I tried to sell these sets of wheels. But no one is interested. Their bolt pattern is 5x114.3.

Now, should I go get a hub adapter that can fit that bolt pattern, 5x112 to 5x114.3?. But the thinnest hub I see is a 15mm set. Now that will put the Konig set at et30 if I do go that route.

My question is, is it safe and worth it to do?
Will I rub?. I'm at stock height but will probably use some H&R springs or VWR springs that only drops the car between .75" to 1".

I don't see adapters working with that setup, even if lowered. It'll poke/rub

See if wobble bolts will fit the lug holes & run those instead:

They'd be cheaper & the 18x8.5, ET45 setup will be perfect (flush) too
