Mk7.5 head and tail lights

Can anyone tell me in simple terms (I'm absolutely clueless with technical stuff) where I could buy a set of front and rear 7.5 lights to fit my mk7 GTD and do I need to buy anything else to get them to work? I've read something about 'coding' them....where would do This?

Fronts won't fit as they are different sizes/shape/spec to the Mk7. The rears can be found along with the harness required to make them work on a thread somewhere on here. I will have a look in a min for it. Edit.....HERE

It will never be easy as VW want to sell cars not head and tail lights so will change things slightly on the facelift model to make it problematic.
