My sunroof is leaking and rattling, and I think it's time to take it in.

Does anybody have any experience with local VW dealerships, be it positive or negative?

I took mine to Nalley Alpharetta for the fuel pump recall. They were done in about an hour. They've got wifi and some nice waiting areas. Trying not to go there often, though. I do my own maintenence, since I'm tuned. ;)

I will only take it in as absolutely necessary - which is usually never. With the leaking sunroof though, it's possible it could turn in to a Lemon Law case, so gotta do what I gotta do.

Mission accomplished, Nalley handled my fuel pump, leaking sunroof, peeling e-brake handle, and insane sunroof rattle with flying colors. Thanks for the recommendation!
