Do manual GTD have sound box on the exhaust or is it only DSG with sport mode?

Only reason I ask, I'm looking to buy a cobra exhaust but there's two options, with or with out sound box.

only the car with red calipper have it.... u can controll if the final part of exsausth have it

As Jonny said only cars with Sport and sound pack have it.

and also should be added that sport and sound pack was available on both manual and DSG equipped cars (I have it on my DSG GTD).
