Wheel Spacers

Any advise on wheel spacer for a 2017 R? Stock suspension and I just want the rear tires to hit the fender flare at the same place the fronts do.

The forum search function is not the best. However, when you use google advanced and then search this forum such as "how to measure spacer offset site:http://www.golfmk7.com" it is at the top of many similar threads.

When you measure it will account for whatever wheel you are using. For example with my aftermarket wheels which have a 45mm offset I do not need spacers in front and 5mm spacers in rear to be flush.

Buy the ECS kit and call it a day. It looked great on my factory height and it looks even better now that the car is lowered. It took away the gap from the rear wheel well area which is the reason I bought it.

I've got an ECS flush kit for sale. Was hoping to use the 15mm spacers on my S3 and just get another set of 15's, but then I end up trying to get rid of the 20's as a pair, which no one would want. So selling the GTI flush kit to get an S3 flush kit :/

Search function works fine. Go up top and click search. On the left type in "spacer" and then toggle it to thread titles only. Boom. Done.

Go with 12mm front and 15mm rear

Agreed, however, make sure you only use the ECS Flush kit spacers with your STOCK wheels. I tried them with some Neuspeed wheels and they did not play well together.

There is a tiny flange on the ESC Flush OEM wheel spacers that mates up to the OEM wheels.
