I have decided that spending money on new/used cars is just a money pit for me. It hurts too much knowing how much our cars depreciate.

With that said I will be driving my gti into the ground and then drive my 128i year round and drive that one to the ground when the salt eats it up too.

And instead of taking that money and spending them on buying replacement cars, I'll start buying rolex's like a 116613LB and a sky-dweller!

Haha I mean cars are 100% depreciating assets 99% of the time lol.
I too have decided to keep my GTI for as long as possible.
But that is only so I can have it as my daily beater and buy something fun and impractical for the weekend.

After getting the Speedy, there is really no other watch on my radar at the moment and I have no urge to buy any more watches for a while.
Nothing I really want.
Maybe for my 40th (10 years from now) I will try to find a birth-year Sub or something.
I dunno...

Back on the bracelet and going to put some new tires on...

i used to rock the speedy on a bond nato during the summers and the oem leather with deployment clasp for work but nothing beats the oem bracelet. such a versatile piece on the bracelet.

You can wear it with a suit, or a t-shirt and shorts lol.
I too have a handful of different straps (luckily most of my watch lugs are 20mm) so I'm always swapping stuff around.

I don't own a wrist watch, but I have my great grandfather's pocket watch. I have Poland's Syndrome, which caused the deformed hand, btw.
