I use LCDA AriaPura http://www.lacuradellauto.it/lcda-ariapura-500-ml.html (or Gtechniq W5) for cleaning and Gtechniq C6 for protection

C6 matte dash is a protectant, not a cleaner, so I don't know why any detailer would recommend you use that for interior cleaning purposes.
If you have to use a gtechniq product, then use I2 Tri-Clean which is made for interior cleaning.

I use duragloss 441 leather shampoo to clean the leather, followed by 221 to condition the leather. After letting the 221 soak in for about a day, I'll go over everything with Optimum Leather Protectant plus.
For the rest of the interior, I just use water and a microfiber towel to clean off the dust. Then protect with Optimum Leather protectant plus.
