Eurodyne issues! Help! "Failed to communicate"

Hey guys,

So I got my eurodyne tune about 6 months ago and I've flashed several different tunes successfully however if I ever go to try and use any other feature such as the maestro logger I get an error that says "failed to start communications." I've messaged Chris but as you know my car might become a classic before he replies...

Any insight as to why or what's going on? Any ED users with the same issue?

Not 100% but I don't think maestro is available yet. I only use it to flash the TCU and ECU
