Does anyone know if there is a car cover that also has a zip-up section to protect the door cards? My shiba loves to run around the back and scratch up the interior, including the rear door cards. He hasn't been allowed in my mk7, yet =/

I think something similar posted in this thread above or it is on the other thread regarding dogs in rear seat. Maybe search under dogs to find.

I just got seperate hanging door protectors at the local pet store.

They work very well and have some pouches for gear.

I will update this post later with pictures and info.

My dog always rides in the hatch. Both the R and the 4R. Here she is last week going to the vet, 2 weeks after having her spleen removed.

I'd like my 2 dogs to ride in the hatch but too small for the two of them so rear seats folded down I need to find a cover for the hatch area.

I came across this

http://www.titancovers.co.uk/volkswagen-golf-hatchback-raised-floor-2013-onwards-custom-boot-liner/

http://www.titancovers.co.uk/boot-liner-extender/

I cant seem to find anything similar so,
checking on shipping to USA

They are spendy, but I can attest to the quality https://www.canvasback.com/

I actually reused a set I had from the cargo area in an Outback in both a Wrangler Unlimited and our Sportwagen. It's way too big for the GTI, but may try to use it anyway. Waterproof, washes off nicely with a hose or at the self-serve car wash.
