2.0 Tdi vs GTD

I would like some help on a making my mind up on whether to order a Golf 2.0 TDi Match edition or a GTD, road noise/Tyre roar being my concern also smoothness of ride ie 16 inch wheels on the match edition whereas 18inch wheels on the GTD , I can not add DCC to the GTD as I have to order from UK stock.
Any thoughts or comment would be appreciated.

DCC will not affect tyre noise, the tyres fitted at the factory will & which ones get fitted to any car varies month to month as it depends on where VW buy them from....

GTD has over 30PS more power than the GT & is a more sporty car I thought that would be more important?
