Black mirror caps and my Raceseng shift knob are both set to arrive today. What a happy coincidence. I changed to the slammer at the last moment. Decided the low throws and palm fit would be best afterall.

The weight of this thing is ridiculous. Just need some loctite.
Black mirror caps are Also on now. Surprisingly not bad. Those eBay ones turned out to be OEM-quality. Pics of those to come next.

Hulk- I know you just installed the raceseng knob so you might not have a good impression yet but curious why you sold the bfi knob and went with this one? Apologies if you're previously mentioned why, I'm just going to buy an aftermarket one soon and am torn between the bfi air leather and one of the raceseng knobs. Thanks

Not heavy enough for my taste. The slammer is 3 times heavier than BFI.

But yeah the mirror caps turned out to be my one worthwhile buy from China.
