It probably needs to be buffed out. Some bugs are acidic like bird crap. It can etch your clear coat pretty easy. Usually a light polish is all you need. I recommend a clear bra to everyone

When I had my GTI, I was able to successfully buff similiar scratches out of my wheels. I used my Porter Cable with a 3.5" wool pad and some Shine Supply Flat Top. I was surprised how easy it was....
