Just use Google. There are thousands of kits out there for any type of bulb you want. My advise, at least get a set of decent projectors before going HID. Also, I wouldn't run anything above a 35watt...

The axle moving like that is normal, that is just the CV joint moving in and out. I would suggest putting the car on jacks and putting in drive and turning the wheel and see if it makes a difference...

I have a MK6 TOB(no spacer) with an SRE clutch (DMF Version), not sure if its the clutch or TOB but it will randomly chatter on idle when everything is warmed up.

Looks are based on personal opinion. Room to get it I can agree on unless you're in a tight parking spot, then you have less room. Access to rear seat is impractical.
