AC line condensation/wet?

Took a 4 hour trip to california and noticed this line was wet. Anyone know if this is normal?

It is normal, that is the low pressure line which gets very cold so condensation forms.

Its also the reason you can see water dripping or puddles under a car in the summer after it has come to a stop

When I was a service advisor, I'd get at least one freaked-out customer calling me whenever it was hot out, panicked about some fluid they saw leaking from their car. Every. Single. Day.
