Water leaking through doors

Recently been finding water on the door sills and reading the forums it’s shocking how many people go through this kind of thing and it’s usually the speaker seals being the culprit but for me I found that the water is leaking through the large access panel behind the door card which will also eventually destroy the factory speaker seals but as you can see where the issue is kind of originating from, the window channel behind the access panel . Removing that panel and looking into the door I don’t think the window/door channel is doing its job of directing water straight down into the drain holes as it’s leaking through the access panel. Has anyone else had a failure or fault like this ?

Yeah it will eventually get through the speaker seals due to this very issue starting from the top, think the weather stripping/window channels need replacing so gonna see how and if that resolves the issue
