High all. First off I'm new and no idea if I'm in the correct spot. I have a 2015 Golf TDI S.
Anyway I just bought the car and I love it. Runs great. My only concern is if this noise I am hearing is normal or not. It's a rolling sound. Almost like a grinding. Only at idle and only on cold start. After I drive it 20 minutes it goes away. Definitely coming from timing/serpentine belt area. Timing was done at dealer 4k miles ago. Visual inspection of pulleys with engine running i dont see any wobble. Haven't used a stethoscope on it yet. Below is link to noise. Have to listen closely to the video to pick it up but definitely there and definitely loud and noticeable in person.
