40K Service Question and Recommendations

New to the Bay Area (San Jose) and seeking advice on my 40,000-mile service for a 2019 Volkswagen GTI Automatic (currently at ~35K).

Considering:

• Engine: Change oil and filter
• Tire Rotation
• Brake fluid: Change
• Dust and pollen filter: Replace
• Front axle differential lock: Change fluid
• Panoramic sliding sunroof maintenance
• Spark Plugs - Replace
• Transmission: 7-Speed DSG automatic transmission: Change fluid

Are these services suitable, and what's the usual price range? I prefer taking it to a shop rather than doing it myself. Any recommendations for reliable service shops in the Bay Area or Sacramento would be greatly appreciated!

I'm going to guess about 800-1000. more at a dealer. also the 2019 dsg is a dq381 which has an 80k interval. doesn't hurt to change it early, but it's not needed right now. brake fluid is every 2 years, diff fluid is every 3 years.
